Conductive Thermosetting Silver Composition
DuPont 5504N is a single-component, high-viscosity, single component anhydride epoxy composition which is suitable for use as a conductive cement to apply bus bars, create circuit patterns, and for electrical lead attachment to transparent, conductive coatings on glass and other materials. 5504N may be thinned with butyl cellosolve acetate for spray application, or used directly for brush, stylus or screen print application. 5504N must be air dried to a tack-free state, then cured for 2 hours at 175 degrees C or 40 minutes at 200 degrees C. Once cured, 5504N will exhibit a volume resistance on the order of 30 microohm-centimeter, and excellent stability up to 250 degrees C. This product requires overnight shipment. Conductive Thermoplastic Silver Composition
DuPont 4922N is a conductive, acrylic-based, high-viscosity composition with a high metallic silver content, formulated for brush, stylus or banding application, or it may be thinned with butyl acetate for spray application. 4922N may be used to apply bus bars, create circuit patterns, and for electrical lead attachment to transparent, conductive coatings on glass and other materials. 4922N can also be used for temporary lead attachment to high temperature superconductors. When dried, 4922N exhibits a volume resistance less than 100 microohm-centimeter. NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THIS PRODUCT.
DuPont 4929N is a paste version of 4922N for screen print or stylus application where it is desired to deposit a circuit or pattern. NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THIS PRODUCT.
